Ligers 2018
Les blottières 2016
Grape variety : 100% Cabernet franc ;
Terroir : limestone gravers
The deep dark red colour with crimson highlights is brilliant and limpid. The intense and expressive nose combines smells of black fruits (blackberry and blackcurrant) to notes of jam, liquorice and spices. The supple entry mouth offers a fleshy material, volume, balance, softness, and fruity and spicy flavours (black pepper) which coat the blended tannins, and then persists in a structural and long final. Great Bourgueil.
