Clause n ° 1: Purpose The general conditions of sale described below detail the rights and obligations of the company EARL NAU Frères and of its client in connection with the sale of the following goods: appellation wines AOC BOURGUEIL Any service performed by the company EARL NAU frères therefore implies the buyer’s unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

Clause n ° 2: Intellectual property All technical documents, products, photographs given to our customers remain the exclusive property of EARL NAU Frères.

Clause n ° 3: Order Any sale is only perfect upon the express acceptance in writing of the customer’s order by the supplier. Products and promotional offers are offered within the limits of available stocks. In the event of unavailability of one or more products, the EARL NAU Frères undertakes to inform the customer as soon as possible. EARL NAU Frères reserves the right to cancel all non-compliant or doubtful orders, as well as those from a customer with whom there is any dispute.

Clause n ° 4: Price The prices of the goods sold are those in force on the day the order is taken. They are denominated in euros. The prices indicated are expressed inclusive of all taxes (VAT applicable, excise duties and all other taxes applicable on the day of the conclusion of the order). The prices are net and excluding transport costs. To find out the shipping costs contact us, a specific quote will be sent to you. The company NAU frères grants itself the right to modify its prices at any time. However, it undertakes to invoice the goods ordered at the prices indicated when the order is registered.

Clause n ° 5: Terms of payment The payment of orders is made by: Check – bank card – via a secure online service on our site https://naufreres.fr; by transfer or cash only at the domain

Clause n ° 6: Delivery The preparation and shipment of an order can only be implemented after receipt of payment. Delivery is made: either by direct delivery of the goods to the buyer; or at the place indicated by the buyer on the order form. The supplier strives to meet the delivery time indicated on acceptance of the order, which is given for information only and is in no way guaranteed. Consequently, any reasonable delay in the delivery of the products cannot give rise to the buyer’s benefit to: The compensation for damages; Cancellation of the order. In the event of missing or damaged goods during transport, the buyer must make all the necessary reservations on the order form upon receipt of said goods. These reservations must also be confirmed in writing within five days of delivery, by registered post. No return of goods can be made by the customer without the prior written consent of the supplier.

Clause n ° 7 Withdrawal Apart from the exceptions set out by law, the consumer has a withdrawal period of fourteen days from the delivery of their order, to inform EARL NAU Frère, in writing, of his intention to withdraw, and to make return, at its own expense, of the product to the seller. From receipt of the letter of withdrawal, EARL Nau frères has a period of fourteen days to reimburse the consumer for the price paid by the latter, excluding return costs.

Clause n ° 8 Personal data All data provided during your order is strictly confidential. Customer personal data will be used by EARL NAU Frères for order processing.

Clause n ° 9: Force majeure The responsibility of the company NAU frères cannot be implemented if the non-performance or delay in the performance of one of its obligations described in these general conditions of sale results from a case of force majeure. As such, force majeure means any external, unforeseeable and irresistible event within the meaning of article 1148 of the Civil Code.

Clause n ° 10: Competent court Any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of these general conditions of sale is subject to French law.
